This blog, this story is about our family, the Wyatt's! We are Mike, Cristy, Noah (11 yrs), Rachal (9 yrs), Jonah (7 yrs) and Elijah (5 yrs). We are starting out on a GREAT ADVENTURE!! We are preparing to be missionaries in the country of Japan. I want you to join us in our journey and be apart of every blessing that God had for us.
September 20, 2009 - Victory Baptist Church, Snyder, Texas. This was the first church that we had the opportunity to share our burden for the people of Japan. It was an amazing first church for us. The church members were so excited about what we had to say. God allowed them to be more of a blessing to us than I think we were to them. One blessing I would like to share with you is from a family in this church. As church ended that Sunday morning. We were standing in the back shaking hands. A lady handed Mike an envelope and said, "This is all we have to give. We want to be apart of your ministry. We hope this helps." At lunch with the pastor that afternoon we found out that both the parents in that family had been laid off and were unemployed. The envelope contained $2, but it was ALL THEY HAD! This reminded me of the story in Luke 21:1-4. The widow gives her two mites, and Jesus said that she gave more than anyone else because she gave all she had. What a blessing to be a apart of that. We were truly blessed that Sunday.
