2014 - a year in review (part 1)

It's a new year and time to recommit to things we once did.  Things we have always wanted to do and things we never thought we would do.  It's a new year and a time for a "new you".

So this is my do-over moment.  I have not kept up with the blog like I should have.  I have many excuses for this - not much to report, too busy, can't find a good idea to write about.  And the list could go on and on.

The best way to restart this is to first catch you up on what we have done in 2014.  Most people think furlough is a vacation.  Wrong!  We have been so busy in 2014.  We have logged almost 20,000 miles traveling to churches.  We have made a trip to Japan for two weeks.  We seen old friends and even made new friends.  We have had some great family time, making memories.  We have had some grouchy days in the van when everyone is needing some personal space.  We have had a really busy year.   God has protected us as we traveled.  He has also blesses us beyond measure.  He has provided for us in ways we could not have imagined!

Here are some pictures from the first half of 2014.  Just family, friends and fun!!
